Flexible Benefits

The EMA has decided to distribute (on a voluntary basis) the Annual Performance Bonus (PdR) using an online platform set up on the company intranet. Employees therefore receive the full monetary value of the PdR (gross = net) and can access a range of discounts on goods and services (travel, healthcare, movies, theater, language courses, gym, swimming pool, etc.) thanks to agreements EMA has entered into with major providers in the province of Avellino. In addition, the portal allows employees to take advantage of the Flexible Benefit services guaranteed by the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the metalworking industry.

Brand and logo

“EMA” is a logo/icon of exclusive property of EUROPEAN MICROMERGERS AEROSPACE SPA. The trademark and the logo of third parties on the Site are the property of their respective owners. We undertake, upon a duly motivated request sent in writing, to promptly remove any material on the Site that may result from industrial or intellectual property rights of third parties, or the property of parties other than EMA.

The User may only use the Site for legitimate activities and shall not use it for any speculative, fraudulent or illegal activity. The User declares to be of age (+18 years) or of sufficient age to assume the legal obligations and responsibilities resulting from the use of the Site and, in any case, greater than 16 years.   9. to intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable law or regulation; to collect or store personal data of other users, if traceable.

The obligations of the Data Controller to promptly and adequately verify the requests of the competent authorities in the case of investigations aimed at the disclosure of illegal conduct perpetrated online are not affected.

Language

The terms and conditions are written in English and Italian. In case of any discrepancy between the texts or doubts about their interpretation the Italian language will prevail.

Law and jurisdiction

The terms and conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Italian legislation. For everything not expressly provided here, the provisions of law in force in Italian law apply. The Court of Avellino, Italy, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions.
