Europea Microfusioni Aerospaziali S.p.a., or simply EMA, is a world class precision investment castings foundry for the production of Turbine Blades, Vanes and Component for the most modern jet-engines to civil and defence aerospace, marine and energy.

EMA production technique is the “lost wax”, is producing only vacuum castings, is among the few foundries in the world capable to produce castings Single Crystal (“SX”), Directional Solidified (“DS”), Equiax (“EXQ”).

EMA uses Nickel and Cobalt based last generation super- alloys.
EMA unique plant is located in South Italy, at Morra de Sanctis, Avellino province.

The obligations of the Data Controller to promptly and adequately verify the requests of the competent authorities in the case of investigations aimed at the disclosure of illegal conduct perpetrated online are not affected.

Language

The terms and conditions are written in English and Italian. In case of any discrepancy between the texts or doubts about their interpretation the Italian language will prevail.

Law and jurisdiction

The terms and conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Italian legislation. For everything not expressly provided here, the provisions of law in force in Italian law apply. The Court of Avellino, Italy, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions.
