The company operates on a 24-hour production schedule. All employees have access to a flexible work schedule of 6 hours a day for 6 days a week. This shift schedule has been particularly well-received by employees; in fact, to date, over 50% have opted in. It is also worth noting that, under a second-level collective bargaining agreement, employees are provided with an electronic meal voucher, even though the six-hour workday does not include a lunch break.

The terms and conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Italian legislation. For everything not expressly provided here, the provisions of law in force in Italian law apply. The Court of Avellino, Italy, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions.
