The new terms and conditions will be valid and effective from the moment they are published on the Site. The use of the Site by the User will be subject to the terms and conditions published on the Site at the time of use.

In the event of one or more terms, clauses or conditions of the agreement being invalid or ineffective for any reason, such invalidity or ineffectiveness shall not result in the invalidity or ineffectiveness of the other terms, clauses and conditions and those deemed invalid shall be deemed void. We undertake, upon a duly motivated request sent in writing, to promptly remove any material on the Site that may result from industrial or intellectual property rights of third parties, or the property of parties other than EMA.
