The EMA has decided to pay (on a voluntary basis) the annual Result Award, using an online platform activated on the company intranet. The employee receives the PdR (Bonus) in its full economic value (gross = net) and can access a series of discounts on performance and services (travel, healthcare, cinema, theater, language courses, gym, swimming pool, etc.) thanks to agreements with EMA and the main structures in the Avellino province. In addition, the portal allows employees to take advantage of the services guaranteed by the CCNL for the Flexible Benefit sector.
