Hourly Flexibility

The company is organized with a production that takes place on a H24 basis. All male and female workers can access a 6-hour differentiated hourly schedule for 6 days. This shift was particularly appreciated by the employees, infact, until today, they have joined more than 50%. It should also be noted that, on the basis of a second level agreement, the recognition of an electronic meal voucher was envisaged, despite the fact that the six working hours per day did not require a lunch break.
